• The ‘Now Playing’ screen and its layout
  • It’s a little bit complicated
  • The contextual menu has too many frequent functions such as ‘Like/Love’
  • Hard to find the back button after getting into the Lyrics view
• Check Medium for literature review
• Find the ‘liked’ songs later?
• Inconsistency between the Desktop and iPad/iPhone versions

• Save for later system plainly sucks. It’s impossible to find them later on
• Also sharing system is extremely confusing and hard to discover ‘Open with Browser’
